I am only reading one Japanese book at the moment, but I am waiting for two books to arrive (I ordered them last week!).

I finished two books, one Korean and one Japanese (loved them both!). I also started a Korean zombie novel and a Japanese crime mystery,

I am very happy with the Korean book I am reading for the #22tlreadingchallenge: an engrossing detective story that is very easy to read. However, I am struggling with my Japanese book, the 1973 winner of the MWJ award: complex story with a lot of difficult words…

I read two winners of the MWJ award and I am halfway through the third one!

I mainly read in Korean this month, but I did finish the Kaga series by Keigo Higashinot! I also finished a whole chapter of a book in Chinese, a huge achievement!

I am currently waiting for the Summer to end, and the good news is that July is over! I haven’t read as much as I wanted, and I did not finish my book for the #22tlreadingchallenge. I also only read one winner of the Mystery Writers of Japan Award. Mystery Writers of Japan Award –..

I read six books this months (three in Japanese) and managed to keep pace with my reading challenges 🙂

Little update on all the books I am reading at the moment. It is a way for me to refocus on the books that I want to finish this month.
